Mon - Fri 8:30-10:30 am
Mon - Thurs 5:00-7:00 pm
Or By Appointment  

Daycare Hours

Available for children ages 6 weeks - 7 years

Monday - Friday  8-11 am
Monday - Thursday  5-7 pm

We encourage you to visit the gym during Staffed Hours, when staff members are available to assist you.

Although the gym is open 24/7 to members via passcard, it is only open to the public during Staffed Hours.
