Power Yoga- Great detoxifying workout! An hour-long class in a heated room designed for deep tissue stretching using standard yoga flow/moves.
Bootcamp- An intense, 60 minute workout consisting of kickboxing drills, high intensity cardio, and core strengthening. Boxing gloves required.
F.I.T- Don't have time to workout? This class gives you a quick workout using all muscles combining cardio and strength exercises. In 45 minutes you will get your hear rate up to 85 % max and burn calories in a quick amount of time. All levels welcome!
Per4mance- Action-packed! Focuses on athletic conditioning utilizing circuits, intervals, athletic drills, plyos, and strength training. Taught by our resident running guru; don't be surprised if there is a sprint or two thrown in!
Hot Barre- This unique training method combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga to create long, lean muscle mass. Strengthen arms, legs, abs, and glutes while building flexibility, balance, and core.
Spinning- Build endurance and strength. High-energy, fast-pace biking class focusing on cardio, abs, and legs.
SilverSneakers- Silver Sneakers is a strength training and regular aerobic exercise class combined into one. Mixed exercises will help increase your cardiovascular endurance without adding stress to your joints. Enjoy a great workout, make friends and have fun! Modifications are available.
3-2-1- 3 minutes of cardio, 2 minutes of strength, 1 minute of abs. This full body circuit is sure to get your heart rate up, build endurance, build strength, and burn calories.
